Crowd Company is a dance company that has shown its edge in all kinds of places. Stages such as art galleries, museums, streets and town squares.

 

The choreographic style is a mixture of contemporary dance and physical theatre. The company is working with larger stage productions, short site specific performances - developed in their concept of "pop-up" dances – and international exchange projects.

 

Crowd Company started in 2000, is based in Gothenburg, Sweden and is led by choreographer Marika Hedemyr. For each project the company recruits and involves dancers, artists and musicians/composers.
